KNU International Church
About Us:
KNU – We are located on the campus of Korea Nazarene University (나사렛 대학교). We are glad to be part of the Church of the Nazarene, but we are also happy that people from many different backgrounds attend our church. We have people from lots of different denominations, and on any given Sunday about 10% of our people are not Christians. Everyone is welcome here.
International – We currently have people from 10 different countries in our church. We are working to dispel the myth that we’re a “foreigners’ church.”* Everyone is welcome here!
English – Our worship service is all in English. But if you are not a native speaker, don’t let the English scare you away. We usually provide the full text of the sermon in writing, so it’s easy to understand.
Church – We started about 10 years ago as a Bible study for the foreign English teachers of KNU, but we’ve steadily grown in size and organization. Now we understand ourselves as a church, a local expression of the Church of Jesus Christ.

* It’s not true that our church is only for foreigners. On an average Sunday, 50% of us are Koreans.
